The Network is more than a representative group with the normal range of member support, service provision and lobbying services. Its role clearly charges it with the development of the business of education and training and thus implicitly with assisting the success of the providers in the industry .
To achieve this the Network must work its influence without in any way interfering with the running of any of the industry providers. It must be a catalyst for change, a promoter and influencer, a driver for market success, a facilitator for joint activity, a leader for those in the industry and a custodian for the image and branding of the industry.
The Management Committee of the Network is the group that is challenged with the responsibility to ensure that this happens. This group of volunteers meet on a regular basis to discuss issues affecting the whole Network and to provide support to the Executive Officer and other staff members who are working on a daily basis with the Network members to provide a resource to them in expanding their individual businesses .
