| Introduction |

King's Christian College offers a complete educational and
accommodation service to overseas students from both English and
non-English speaking backgrounds. The academic accomplishment of
our graduating students has given King's a reputation to be proud of.
King's has become one of the highest achieving private schools in
Queensland. |
| History/Special Features |
|
King's was established in 1980 with only 23
students, growing to over 1400 students today. This is a
testimony to the fact that many share the founders' philosophy for
a strong Christian school on the Gold Coast. The site chosen
for the College is surrounded by natural bush land with easy
access to all areas of the Gold Coast. Over the years the
College has retained its semi-rural setting whilst
continuing major ground and building developments that cater for the
needs of a wide selection of subjects and co-curricular activities.
These facilities include library, lecture theatre, computer laboratories,
dedicated music, drama and dance rooms, state of the art industrial
arts workshops, sports ovals and tennis courts.
Distinct separate areas for childcare, preschool, primary
and secondary have been developed as part of a major building
program.
Today King's is proud to be the largest Christian school in
Queensland. |

The entire campus is surrounded by native forest and covers
an area of 112,000 square metres and is conveniently located
alongside the Pacific Highway giving easy access from all
areas of the Gold Coast. Situated only 7 kilometres inland
from Burleigh Heads making it an easy 10 minute
drive. |
