It is only 5 minutes by car from the Gold Coast Airport which is serviced by many international airlines. QIBA prepares many students for University entry and two campuses of Southern Cross University are within easy walking distance of each other. QIBA also has articulation agreements with Central Queensland, Southern Queensland, Bond & Griffith Universities. QIBA is one of a few Colleges in Australia accredited to deliver an English for Aviation Course in co-operation with Australian Wings Academy, a flight training establishment at Coolangatta Airport.
